“It takes a whole village to educate
a child."
African proverb
We work to help parents/family members raise strong children, prepared to face the challenges of modern life.
What is it?
Annual Parent-Child Week is a week-long immersion experience in which families, educators and counselors work together in the same educational direction.
Learning to educate
Throughout the week, our team provides practical and efficient tools for parents/family members to act on the difficulties of educating their children.
Building a space for exchange and support between families regarding the challenges of educating is one of the main objectives of these meetings.
Daily Activities
Together with adults, children participate in daily care and social activities such as cleaning, preparing meals, taking care of the garden , and through this they learn to develop attention, love for effort, and willpower.
Arts & crafts
In workshops specifically created for children, Etievan Model educators carry out arts and crafts activities as a means to simultaneously educate mind, body and feeling.
Main topics for reflection on
children's education
Family structure - Coherence between parents/family members -
