Who am I?
Where do I lead my life?
What is my role in the world?

”Outside I turn on the automatic, whether to walk, talk, study, generally everything, and I end up missing a big part of what it's like to live. Here I end up discovering things, feelings, sensations that I didn't even know existed or that were there all the time but I couldn't perceive.”

The arts as a tool for self-knowledge
Knowledge of the Body is the first step on the journey of self-knowledge. Being aware of what he needs, what he feeds, the rest or movement he requires and his own rhythm is not a simple task, but Dance can help us with that.

BODY AND SELF-CARE
through DANCE
Interests and skills are crucial for the elaboration of the Life Project. When we put ourselves to the test, however, we realize that what we project on ourselves does not always correspond to reality. How to discover our real aptitudes? Films and Narratives help train us to look and listen to the world and ourselves.

Through das Visual Arts
“Am I the friend/son/boyfriend I want to have?” Every relationship starts with how you deal with yourself. "How do I feel for myself? And for the other?" Through Theater we can better understand our roles, responsibilities, beliefs and emotions, and therefore, from where we relate to each other.
Component 3

FAMILY AND RELATIONSHIPS
Through dO THEATER
What is the emotional world and what is the purpose of emotions? "When I feel joy or fear, how is my voice?" Through Music, we get in touch with our own emotions and those of others, expressing them through sounds and movements of the body, rhythm and voice. At this stage, this wordless universe allows for an in-depth study of emotions.
Component 4

MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH
Through the MUSIC
What did I come here to do? Thinking about the meaning of life can be a profound exercise, if supported by the right tools. At this point in the trajectory, equipped with all the understanding acquired during the course, the teenager can reflect, plan and project with realism, and without ceasing to dream, which choices he would like to make for his life.
